Worst service

<p>am writing with disbelief and I've taken a decision not to bank with Nedbank anymore, I have a loan with nedbank thank am paying r6630 on a monthly basis . I asked them to debit my account earlier this month as I was receiving bonus from my employee.they then decided to double debit my account taking r13890 which I could not comprehend why I then called then collection department asking them to reserve one payment which thy promised to do and then on the date am supposed to receive money nothing in my account I then went back to the branch and they told me they can't assist me to call the collection centre.i was then taken from pillar to post.yestarday was the 23rd and I was paid my salary again they debited my account n took 6630.am still in shock how I am supposed to survive and pay my debts.i regret the day I banked with nedbank.</p>
