Worst service

I went to Nedbank Greenstone Mall and their service was the worst. First time I got a message saying my card is ready for collection only to find that it was not there. Second time they skipped my ticket number and assisted people who came after me. When I finally spoke to the teller she was just not interested in assisting and took 3 hours looking for the card.
