Worst service

I am recieving the worst service from nedbank I was given a settlement amounts of my loans on the 5th of January 2022 and I paid at the same day. Ever since I paid up I have been battling to get paid up letters everytime I call them Im told they will be delivered after 3 to 5 working days. Its 3 weeks now I did not get a single paid up letter from my 4 loans. One of the agents advised me to issue a complaint to *** and I sent them an email but there is still no response. I very dissapointed with nedbank.
