Worst payment system I have ever experienced

Someone did a eft from Nedbank to my mother's account on Saturday 12pm. She sent us the pop however it's Thursday over 72 hours and we have not received anything. The bank keep saying to want another day.. This is ridiculous. I need someone from nedbank to call my mother and look into this as she is not working sold some stuff to this lady and needs the funds.
