Worst onboarding Nedbank Southgate

I opened a MiGoals account on 10/11/2023 at Southgate mall. I don't feel like everything was explained or done right for me. The agent was helping 3 other people whilst helping me and I'm quite sure there's something she missed.. I started getting emails and smsz saying that I need to complete my application. I called in a few times before that was fixed. I've changed my salary to be paid to Nedbank and guess what I haven't received a card. I called this Morning and your unhelpful agent told me to go back to the branch, at what time? You guys close at 4 and I'm no where near coming to the south at that time. I feel like this is really inconvenient because what happens when I get paid on Friday n I have no card to use.. also there's always a rediculous q at that Southgate branch.. I really regret changing to Nedbank... By far the ****tiest service. How was I supposed to know that a card needs to be ordered because your agent advised that I'll receive an SMS when my card is ready...
