worst Nedbank service

this bank is the worst bank i have ever had full of lies and the worst service ever. i am currently paying aloan with them then all of the sudden they deducted everything that is on my account. bare in mind I have kids, rent food etc. i have been paying a certain amount every month now suddenly they took all money am so hurt because their call center wont reverse my money even at the branch itself they wont. I don't advise anyone in the future to bank with these people or take a loan with them for that matter, I am truly hurt as if i am not paying their money.
