Worst motor insurance

Good day

I am beyond upset with Nedbank insurance, I have been with this insurance from October 2022 and the first time I have to claim no response call backs from the team, you wait for almost 50 minutes on a call to still not receive any assistance. I have mailed Nedbank and insurance company since May for a claim and still not done. I don’t want your repairs anymore but my full monthly payment I have done since October 2022. That would be 9 months premium returned I will look for a different insurance company not interested in staying. Please note I will be closing my Nedbank accounts as well because of this service you have given me.
