Worst insurance experience I have ever dealt with!

It has now taken Nedbank Insurance a full 6 weeks to get my claim processed. I phoned them as the leakage in one of my geyser pipes happened with a promise that the pipe will still be fixed on the same day. After phoning them multiple times they keep promising to phone me back, still today no one has phoned me back.

I had to find a temporary solution myself to keep the water from leaking through my roof, and still Nedbank Insurance does not see the urgency to get this resolved.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any type of claim anywhere - the sooner I can get this resolved the sooner I can cancel my insurance with Nedbank!
