Worst insurance department

Nedbank has the worst insurance department ever!!! on the 26 of August I was made to wait almost 2 hours for road side assists, with their *********** Insurance Agents on the calls. I sent them an email last week because the App keep rejecting my scratch and dent photos they requested me to take!!! . Today 1 September when I finally call, I am told the photos are not clear after taking them 100 times. I had to damn retake the photos and guess what? I got a message AGAIN saying I must retake the photos. What nonsense is that!!!!! I am worried what will happen when I have to claim
