Worst insurance and service from their team

Took out their power up plan onky to find out its expired when the car is already there for service no communication from mfc nedbank and innovation spoke to 3 different agents no one knows whats happening im taken to pillar to post. No upgrade options pathetic service im stuck with a car with no brakes and a plan thats expired but im still paying for it. Zero communication from their side about their power up plans or services plans
