Worst ****ing Bank to Deal with.

WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

F@CK!NG *********** Staff... Seriously, I do not know how they manage to dress them selves in the morning, that is how STUPID they are...

I am aghast at how they still exist as a bank.

I have multiple complaints lodged by Ned**** but I cannot get a resolution.

Not ONE of these *****5 can comprehend a simple email.

I have been trying to rectify my accounts since February but not one of the staff that I have dealt with is able to comprehend a damd thing.

I send PICTURE PROOF but they cannot seem to read or understand that THEY are at fault. I am bombarded by emails and SMS's stating that I am late with my payments, but I send proof that I paid on the 20th of the month, but I still get harassed until the 7th of the next month, Marked as late payment. Even after I call in and have CALL RECORDINGS STATING THAT I AM NOT IN ARREARS.

Nedbank has F@CK3D my credit score so now I will NOT PAY a cent further till they rectify it.

And by the way that my interactions have gone with them, it will take a year or more for the ****ing Id10t's to have a brain **** big enough to move to the next step.

I will from now on, charge Nedbank a FEE for each time I have to deal with their emails/SMS's/calls.

Unbelievable how ****ing retarded Nedbank employees are... It is shocking how many dumb ****s can work at one place. It is almost like the stupidity is infections, and the whole ****ing Bank's employees are infected.
