Worst inconsiderate situation I have ever been

I'm extremely disappointed in how I'm being treated as a client. I've been loyal since 2019, never skipping a payment. I sent emails on Jan 16th making and arrangement to pay R18k and 20th to arrange the R5K payment, amidst a tough time - my grandfather recently passed away. Now, I am receiving calls refusing to amend the arrangement? 😤

To be honest, it's shocking. I've always been a responsible client, and this feels harsh. Can we revisit this? I'm struggling here.
