Worst Home insurance ever

Why do i have home insurance if Nedbank not willing to help, bond is 16yrs old, what am i paying for?? Ceilings have fallen out, great stuff, Nedbank refusing to pay!! They have thousands of stories each time, and think they will keep you updated, never ever, why do they always think that we as the public are dumb and dumber, Hello Outsurance here i come for my home owners insurance!!
