Worst experience with Nedbank

The worst experience I’ve had in itv Nedbank. About 15weeks ago got hacked where someone took an amount of R2500 from my account using a send-imali option, I don’t know how because my phone was in my hand at the moment. Immediately reported the matter to Nedbank, opened a police case. At Nedbank the sent the case to the ***** department and informed me that in 9 weeks the matter should be resolved, if not the amount that was taken will be refunded back into my account. It’s been 15 weeks and there hasn’t been any feedback from them, I’m the one that keeps contacting them to check on feedback by the always give you empty promise. I wouldn’t recommend Nedbank at all, I used to think their services are good by I regrettably say they have the worst service ever!!
