Worst experience with any bank ever!

My bond access account was blocked due to "FICA non-compliance" and I could not access my funds in the account. I updated the information they requested and they promised it will be unblocked in 24 hours. It's been 2 weeks now and still blocked. I've been calling everyday since and first of all, I have to justify to the consultants why I need to speak to the home loan specialist department each time I call and I get told the same story each time "They don't know why the hold is still not removed and they are escalating to top management and they will call me back". Nobody ever calls back, instead I've been calling and waiting on hold for hours each day! I am considering taking my home loan elsewhere! I have to carry the inconvenience of not being able to access my funds all because nobody there seems to know what's happening or what they're doing. I am devastatingly disappointed.
