Worst experience in baking

I visited the nedbank the glen branch to exchange my money to the currency of the country I would be traveling to . The lady at the front desk provided me with a ticket number and directed me to be seated in the waiting area. She explain they would call me , I waited for an hour with no assistance and when I enquired I was told that they can't help me with no reason why .
