Worst experience ever with Nedbank Home Loan collections

Poor service from Nedbank Home loan collection. I regret myself from choosing Nedbank. They deduct incorrect amount on different dates. Their stuff are not trained on customer care. They have attitude and not friendly . I have lodged a complaint in june 2024 but still today I am facing the same problem. That has messed up my credit score.
