Worst experience ever from a ban****!

Worst experience ever from a ban****! I did an application for a credit card from Nedbank end of January. I got a welcoming sms from them plus minus a week later, that without any confirmation of what my credit limit etc will. They phoned and organised delivery, that was on the 29th of January 2020. The 25th of February I phoned to hear where the card is, as they said it would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. They promised me I would have my card the following day. I phoned a few more times during March, every time I hear the same excuse. The card is at the distributor and they will make sure I get it as soon as possible. On Monday 16th of March 2020 I emailed once again, then only they issued me with the paperwork that needed to be signed from the beginning. Paperwork was issued to them, but still no card. Very frustrated with the situation. Worst experience with a bank I had, will not recommend them at all!!!!
