Worst experience ever

Just found out yesterday that all my debit orders were not paid as it was long weekend and none of my payments that were done on the app were paid.I was told they would fall through after all my debit orders were paid I mean it's the 8th today I've been getting calls asking why this and that were not paid to worsen my problems my son has not been going to school for 2 days since there's no money for his fees and transportation as I'm waiting for my bank to sort out my account not only am I angry but I'm also p**** I've written numerous emails but no reply
