Worst experience ever during my time of grief

I had the worst experience with nedbank MFC, so here is my story. I have a car financed by MFC it so happen that i changed jobs in November due to that my salary date changed as well so i was behind with 2 Nov and Dec installments i called MFC on Dec the 8th to notify them to change my banking details and pay date on their system the agent who helped said that i could arrange to have the arrears deducted spread in 3 months and to make an arrangement so that i can also pay the arrears but she couldn't help me with the arrangement she could only change the banking details so she transferred me to collections i was helped by the lady named Dikeledi at collections who happened to be so rude and told me that tge agent told me false information i could not make an arrangement to pay the outstanding installments in months i had to pay them all once, i agreed told her they can deduct on 24 Jan as my pay date is now the 25th not the 15th anymore. This all happened last week.. Now my aunt passed away and her funeral policy paid out into my bank account so i could bury her, guess what MFC deducted 16 000 from my account on the 16 Jan which was meant for a funeral, i tried to reverse it they declined so all on all i couldn't bury my aunt and MFC just added to my grief, i was in pain. I made the necessary arrangements to say i will pay all my arrears on the 24Jan..i had to borrow money with interest to bury my aunt all because of MFC, the worse part is i bank with Nedbank they can deduct all the money on the arranged date but they chose to do as they please and now i had the worse weekend burying my aunt with borrowed money, the stresss and anxiety MFC put me through during the time of my grief. Im gonna take this further because im traumatized and hurt
