Worst experience ever

I have repeated my story over 20 times in the last 48 hours. It is regarding a credit card application that was denied, I then appealed the decision and this is where everything goes to sh@t. Can a manager or someone that understands English or even better Afrikaans call me. I checked my phone records and I spend over 2 hours on several calls to the *** number. Phone me PLEASE.
