Worst experience ever

I just took car insurance with you guys and it been thenworst decision ever. You gave an auto and general number for me to call, **** about the date of the deduction and I called your call centre your agent placed on an unreasonable hold till I dropped the call. He did not even bother to call back. I am appalled with the experience. It only been a few days and I am cancelling and demanding my money back. Why would your agent place me on a long hold just to send me an email.
