Worst experience

I am writing to address a recent debit on my account of approximately R4,600, which was processed without my authorization and outside of the agreed-upon payment arrangements for my personal loan and credit card. I fully acknowledge my responsibility toward these accounts, I entered into specific payment arrangements to manage these obligations. The recent deduction disregards those arrangements and was not authorized. The agreed payments should be strictly adhered to, as I have budgeted accordingly to meet my commitments. Please process a refund of the unauthorized amount as soon as possible and ensure that only the agreed-upon amounts are deducted in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Debit was processed on my business account.
