Worst experience at this branches

We had the most terrible experience in Nedbank, both in Naledi Mall, and Chris Hani Mall. We have a church account with 3 members as signatories, a member has left and we needed her replaced. We spoke to 5 people all in the 3 trips we made there, they all requested different documents. Needless to say we still haven't been able to get it sorted. I'm so disappointed in such a big bank with such *********** black women. The Manager didn't even approach us in Naledi Mall even as we requested and could hear all our complaints. First trip was on 5th August to both, went back on the 6th,on the 8th we were there again without resolve. Please assist us.
