Worst experience applying ever !

I have been trying to apply for a consolidation loan since 9 September !!! And everyrime something on Nedbank end goes wrong either I'm kicked out while signing docs and the application is still somewhere being picked up but I'm told everyone to wait for it to reset as they can't see it ! I again app**** Saturday got a follow up email signed all docs again and then nothing ! When I phoned this afternoon I was told it was cancelled UT she couldn't tell me by who and that I ha ve to reapply only whe doing that declined because I have a pending application
