Worst ever service from Nedbank

I app**** for a loan from this so called bank two weeks a ago they told me it was pre-approved , they asked me to send all required documents which i emailed and shockingly up to date I'm still waiting to hear from them whether i will get the money or not. They don't care to communicate. I wonder if the loans department know what they are doing.

I am beginning to have second thoughts on why did i move my salary to this pathetic bank.
