Worst ever Nedbank

I have never dealt with anything worse than nedbank. I app**** for a card for delivery. 4 agents calls me to confirm address and if its face to face delivery i confirm 3 times yes. They adv 2 to 3 working days. Its today day 7. I had to confirm all of these details again to a call center agent
