worst ever investment service

Am very disappointed with what Nedbank is doing, realising how tough 2020 l decide to open a 32-day notice and started saving in May l then decided to withdraw my fund between the 10 & 14 of November on the mobile app which was successfully confirmed with the App as it advised me that my request had been received and my funds will be released on the 15 or 16 December

Am very disappointed when l just followed up with the make to make sure that all was to be advised that there was no notice submitted. Where as a few weeks ago l went on to the app to double-check if the withdraw was in place and the App advised me that there was a notice to withdraw in place.

1- on the day l submitted the withdraw notice you system auto-populated the date when the finds will be released and after that

2-its sent me a verification SMS and after selecting option 1 its came back and confirmed that my withdraw notice was received

After chatting to Ellen on the chat she called me and as l was explaining everything she dropped the line in my ear after transferring me to a close department which is very unprofessional and very poor customers

l then called back and spoke to Bongani who escalated the issue to his manager and gave me the ref ***8

This is the first and last time to ever use such a pathetic investment because when the time comes that you want your money NEDBANK will just not allow it. l have been with you guys for a very long time and been loyal with you guys but this is the worse service ever nor would l ever recommend this stupid investment to my friends and family because this is no fault of mine that your system decided to cancel my notice request
