Worst ever bank doesn't care about customers

My credit credit account was arrears for many months due to financial issues in March 2024 I had a stroke and was booked off work for 7months without pay .In December 2024 I received my back pay from insurance and when I transfered funds into my nedbank acc ,nedbank decided to without informing me deduct around 14k on the 19th Dec. ALTHOUGH I sent proof that i informed the attorneys my situation in October about my diaibility .I lodged a claim for refund but it was declined .Nedbank doesn't care about peoples situation or even not prepared to help customers. Now i am booked off again due to illness and again no pay with zero balance in my account because off nedbank .Terrible bank .
