Worst department

Good day

I have requested for my overdraft to be transferred from my old account to the new one, on the 3rd of February. Its the 3rd of March now and this has still not been done. When you call the Credit Direct department, they take forever to answer. I call at 09h00 and its 12:19 now and I still have not spoken to anyone. NEDBANK what is going on?
