Worst customers service from Nedbank personal loans

<p>Been dealing with Nedbank personal loans for twee weeks and not getting any decent help from there customers service line. I phoned in more then 10 time and not once can you get a actual reason for your calling. They do not updated there side after dealing with the people inside the bank</p> <p> I left the team leader of the person loan more then 3 messages where he was to call me back and after two weeks he still has not contact me back once. It is the worst service from a bank where you are trying to make a loan from your own bank and it feels like they have no interest in helping there clients. </p>
