Worst Customer Service - *****!!

Nedbank customer service is the worst I have experienced thus far. I moved to Nedbank now in August 2020 with a hope that all their advertising about Switching Debit orders is true (Hassle Free( , to my surprise NOTHING, it’s all a lie. till this day my debit order switching has not been finalized and my debit orders bounced because of their pathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nedbank is a ***** and I am disgusted with their level of service. WORST BANK EVER!
