WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NEDBANK WILL NEVER SEE US AGAIN

I wish there was a ZERO star review because we are bitterly disappointed with the service received from Nedbank. As a pensioner my husband wants to close his Nedbank account as the fees are ridiculously high, so we went into a Nedbank branch to do so only to be told to phone the online services and close the account with them. This done we are told the amount owing is still pending but yet on our account it shows paid and a zero balance. This was 2nd June! Today, 3 July see R75.06 owing which meant account was still open! Phone again and again we have to call tomorrow as the amount again still shows owing although we have paid it in full! GLAD WE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT NEDBANK IS THE WORST
