Worst customer service ever!

I get the fact that during lockdown things will be more difficult but Nedbank seriously now. My branch is one of the many that Nedbank branches that were closed. Now that my card needs to be replaced they move it no a different branch without informing. When asked if they can rather deliver this card they are charging me R140 to do it!

I have been so disappointed by Nedbank the last few months! After more then 10 years of being a Nedbank client - I will be moving to a different bank for sure!
