Worst customer service ever

Been at the branch for over an hour just to reset an ATM PIN, nobody in the branch was able to help me and. There was only one person who was busy with a customer for an hour . I ended up walking out of the branch as I had to be at other place. Nedbank had the worst customer service of all the major banks . This why I moved to FNB they treat there customer like gold.
