Worst customer service Ever!!!!

There were ********** transactions on my Nedbank credit cards in November to December amounting to R9292.00...Query logged in December 2019.To date my account is arrears ,my credit profile has a negative indication,my home loan for which we app**** is now in limbo because of Nedbank & the ********** transactions have not been fully reversed .Nobody seems to take their work seriously at Nedbank.Absolutely shocking lack of mental capacity of the Nedbank staff I spoke to so far.
