Worst Customer service EVER

I had logged a request in December 2020 with MFC to change my debit order date from 20th to month end because i have changed jobs and my payment date has been moved to month end

The payment date has not been changed even now. Whenever i request a date change they tell me that my payment is behind.

This is frustrating because my payment is behind due to the incorrect debit order date on their side. I have taken to two different agents who are both not willing to help with a simple thing which will get my account up to date. The Name is Ntombizodwa Shange and Nomalungelo Makhubo. These people are not willing to help.

I have called multiple times on the numbers they gave me i'm still not getting help.
