Worst customer service

I called in today 14 February 2026 @ 08h59 with regards to a refund due to me. Spoke to the most unprofessional, rude consultant at the department. He fisrt said in a very disrespectful manner that I'm basically lying and when I asked for his name he put the phone down. Honestly don't know how Nedbank can operate with such rude staff.
