Worst customer service at Nedbank

On the 31st of July 2015 I went to make a deposit inside the Nedbank branch at Kwa Dwesi. It was really shocking to see that only 3 tellers were attending to the extra long line of customers waiting. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes before I was attended to. How in the world does the branch manager here allow for only 3 tellers to service customers on one of the busiest day of the month. I would rate this branch a 0 out of 100 for service. Totally left me even asking myself why the hell I am even with Nedbank still!!!!!
