Worst Customer Service

App**** for a credit card with Nedbank. Got a message that I have been approved for a limit of R6 000.00 asked to forward my banking statements etc. The whole of December 2020 on the line with Nedbank being told that my documents were received and then end December being told they could not confirm my employment. Is this the service that Nedbank offers? you are inconvenienced by being told you are approved and then no they can't confirm the employment
