Worst customer service

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>For the last 3 days I've been getting Calls from Nedbank. I called customer service and they could not help me as to why im getting these calls. I then phoned the Canal Walk branch and the lady whom I spoke to also could not help me. I find the Nedbank staff very rude. No customer satisfaction and no work ethic and willingness to assist. I recently took finance through MFC and if I'm right, they are part of Nedbank. My complaint is the customer service that I was getting. No wonder I do not bank with Nedbank, and furthermore, I will let everyone know on Social media what pathetic service I got from Nedbank</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
