Worst customer experienced with Nedbank Gateway branch as well as Nedbank as a whole

Nedbank has to be the worst bank I’ve ever had to use..Their service is sickening to the core and within the short period of the time I’ve used their product it has caused nothing but a headache..I app**** for a Nedbank credit card last month and that on its own was a disaster as it took them almost a whole month to finalise the app after I had I to complain on hello peter.After I managed to get the card I was only able to use to card once and after that it was blocked..I only realised that it was blocked when I tried to pay for something..Upon going to the Gateway Nedbank branch I was told that there is a FICA hold and they did not know why it was there..The lady assisting me was able to assist by having the hold lifted.After the hold was lifted I still could not use the card if which again I only realised at the till point when I was paying that it is not wotking.When I went to Nedbank gateway the muslim lady at reception was very rude and directed me to the phone to call Credit card division..I asked to speak to the Manager/team leader, she as well seemed to have no time and directed me to the fone, no sense of urgency was given to my query and no sense of customer importance was given. The team leader left me whilst I was talking to her and went to her office, there again very bad management s****s.none of the staff members at Gateway branch were efficient , the service at this branch awful and the overrall service received with Nedbank is zero..I haven’t been able to use this facility with peace , there is always an issue with the card and no one is ever to give reasons as to why these problems keep arising..I will definitely be closing this card soon and cutting ties with Nedbank. This has to be the worst service Iv ever came across and Im a very unhappy client and this is the second time I’ve had to come to hello peter to express my disgust and poor service experienced with Nedbank.Iv banked with Absa all my life and not once have I had such an issue with their products..I will definitely make sure that I put this bank on every social media platform as well.
