Worst Customer Experience of My Life

WOW!!! What a nightmare. Almost a month a heavy storm caused the wall of our family home to collapse. Called the insurer, lodged a claim & was assigned a useless claim consultant who I'm constantly told will call me back, but never does. Today, we are sitting with a damaged wall & nobody wants to tell us anything. If this is the poor level of service Nedbank Insurance has reserved for its clients, it would have been nice to be told that in advance.
