Worst Customer Care

I have received the most appalling service from the Company - it's shocking! For the longest time I have been requesting a settlement discount on my personal loan - I mean I have received decent discount from my other creditors but NO, not this company! This is after i have been paying exorbitant interested for over 5 years - And that I feel that I might have a bit more to settle my account - they prefer milking me ! You guys have received 5x the loan I took out , the least you can do is meet me half way through a settlement discount.
