WORST CREDIT SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I app**** to Credit with Nedbank 3 weeks ago and each time I call I am being told that the application was approved, however I am still being told different stories each day.

I didn't just apply for this credit for fun, I did so because I have a sick mother who needs urgent specialist attention. I am so so disappointed in your service.
