Worst Contact Centre in AFRICA!!!

It has been 17 days of me trying to speak to someone at the Operations, Collections and Recoveries on T +27 (0) 80 0111 359 not to mention I have sent 37 emails with ZERO replies. Coagulations on becoming SA's worst service provider
