Worst client service experience from Nedbank home loans

Nedbank home loans client services together with your back office (as you call it) is the worst. Been following up on a case logged on Monday about some hold on my bond account, I am being sent from pillar to post with no progress. Greenstone mall was the branch that handled my case, I ended up taking over to call client services myself as nothing was being done.
