Takes over a month for your business banker to respond to queries (after sending 3+ reminders to get them to even respond). It's happened on every query - It's like you're managing them instead of managing your business. The online portal is the most convoluted, poorly designed system ever - the user experience is awful. For virtually every action you have to take, you have to call a call centre or go to a branch! It's like being back in the 80's.
