Worst Business Bank Ever!

I opened a Nedbank Business Account in June 2020 and I've been struggling getting access to my account since then! First I had issues getting my card, Then I cant access online banking and change my daily limits, then my business card is not Master Card or Visa so most places don't accept the card!

How can n major bank provide a Business bank card that is not accepted at most places???? Their customer service is non existence. They really don't care about their clients!

It is such a mission to get my money out of this business account so I can close it. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a bank!
