worst business account ever

i am very disaapointed with nedbank they could not reset my passwork kept transferring me back and forth while i had to make a payment , the meare issue of transferring me to my banker they couldn't resolved that i wasted my time and my airtime on calls kept holding for more than hours can somebody help with a better bank i want to move my account as soon as now, this bank could nt asist when i needed it most with a very small issue. I explained m working out of town where there is no branch nor atm to cash and deposit and i had to make an urgent payment just to transfer R320 costed me more than thousand still unresolved. i was told the managers and team leaders sent the email but still no 1 bothered to contact nor assist me.Can somebody help me transfer my account to a bank that will asist me especially with time like this because i am running a business that requires me to travel i choose this bank hoping i will get assisted with time like this but still there is no help.
